I wanted to post to share what I found with my 15 RZR 1000XP 4 not starting. It started with it randomly starting and dying. I would give it a little gas and it would start back up most times. But some times I would have to let it sit for a few minutes and then it would start. 4. Took the Ranger on 2-3 mile 40mph cruise to try to get fresh fuel into it. 5. It all of the sudden stopped running while my father in law was driving it. It ran fine before. It cranks over fine, has compression, has spark. I pulled off the fuel line to carb and turned it over and plenty of fuel supply. You should be able to take a small wire connected to your POSITIVE battery terminal and touch the small wire terminal from the starter on the solenoid and fire the starter up. Remember, there is also a 'engaged brake' override to the starter .. the RZR will not start without the 12V brake light signal, so make sure the brake lights are working.Troubleshooting Polaris Ranger Crew No Start - Charge the Battery. It should pressurize the fuel system on the first turn of the key to on. From there it should hold pressure and the pump should run while cranking to keep pressure to the system.
